Pacific Antenna Return PolicyAt Pacific Antenna we want your building experience to be successful and enjoyable. We and our team of designers are happy to answer questions and assist you in resolving any problems. Also, there are online builder and user groups for many of our kits. Kits may be returned within 30 days after shipment, subject to the following conditions: Kits must be unopened, complete and undamaged. We reserve the right to make the final determination of returned product condition. Kits that have been partially or fully assembled will not be accepted for return.
