Polyvaricon Caps
These are almost impossible to find, but I located a stash of them. They are the same capacitor that I use in my ALT and BLT tuner kits. Two sections: 60pF max, 160pF max and when you gang them together you get 220pF. The 4 caps now come with all mounting hardware, including a 3/8" x 1/4" shaft as shown above.
